Are there any free music download sites available?

This is truely an expert's advice ! 

I'm too a great fan of rock music and usually browse the net for latest rock music updates. 

And I happened to find many sites with download links but they ask for a registration and details of your Credit/debit card details. Which I find is completely fake and annoying.

Well, then i turned to http://thepiratebay.org/ where i found all my music collection/ albums and everything i needed. but its a has magnetic links based on torrents. Which you don't require as the above question goes. 

Well, if you want direct links from the website then i would suggest you to go to
http://www.jamendo.com/en/tag/rock .. 
Find your album. click on the song you like and then download it. 
It's pretty much simpler.

But, if you don't find your desired track their too, then
http://www.youtube.com/ is the ultimate thing you need.  

And if you wish to download the particular track then copy the URL of the song from the address bar and paste it in http://www.video2mp3.net/ converting column. This site will convert the video into the song and then you can download it directly from it. 

And If you wish to download the video, then i would suggest you to get Internet Download Manager software. It is available freely on the net. Google helps.

For all Hindi and sufi tracks, there is http://songs.pk/ 

I have tried all and it has genuinely helped me in finding the songs i like.
