How can I format the citidisk dv hd in FAT32 and bring back the above three objects?

How can I format the CitiDISK DV HD in FAT32? In PC/XP, once downloading the shining utility suite 'v77r510.zip' from some site, what should I do with the 'driver & update' page? Should I install it from the CD included in my package? After that am I supposed to connect the CitiDISK DV HD to PC/XP system and power it on? Once it showed some solid green light, so is it good? Which step am I missing and how do I proceed from here?

For that, you have to download the v77r510.zip i.e Shining Utility Suite from www.shining.com page or, install it from the CD in the package. Then connect the CitiDISK HD to PC and switch it on. Let the green light be stable. Start the Shining Utility Suite, select Hard Drive Setup, choose DV Disk, then it would show all available hard disks. Select one whose size is near the CitiDISK HD, select Create DVDisk to start the process. After completion, close it and remove it after you safely remove CitiDISK HD. For more details, you can get Utility Manual v20.pdf from the same page.
