Firefox 3.5 is a more than two years old version of Firefox which was originally released on July 30, 2009. It was supported by Mozilla through last two years till April 28, 2011 when the last security and stability update (version 3.5.19) was released. According to this new cycle, Mozilla plans to switch to more frequent Firefox releases in order to provide frequent improvements to users, without disrupting longer term work.
