Where to find windows service monitoring software?

I am looking for a software that uses standard windows system commands to monitor critical system services on critical windows servers and workstations. That should be a quality system software and should run as a service so that it is easy to monitor these services but do not know where to find it. If someone have any idea or know where to download it ……it would be great help …..thanks in advance
