Where would I find a free port scanner for windows?


I have a computer which has windows xp as its operating system. I think someone is attacking my computer through the open ports in the computer. It had happened earlier too. I don't want anyone to be sneaking on my stuff it's ridiculous and has to stop. I want to scan and see which all ports on my computer are open. So is there any free port scanner for windows. Also please tell me how to use it? Any other suggestions on this?
