Facing problems in installing Windows XP, any help?

Recently I had to format my system due to some spyware that were making things really difficult for me to work on my system. I did set up a BIOS to boot my system from CD ROM. Everything was running smooth until and unless I used the CD Source of Windows XP that refused to ran saying that "NTDLR missing, press CTRL+ALT+DEL to help the system to restart. I did restart the system by following the given steps two or three times continuously but it didn’t help me anyway. Is there anyone who can help me to get out of it? Also is there any step that I have been missing during the whole process?

Last month I have installed new operating system XP service pack 2 for my laptop. So I will surely help you to install your new OS step by step.

1 First of all take your OS DVD and insert it in your optical drive of computer.

2 press f2 for entering in the BIOS setting.

3 change the BIOS setting by doing the booting device to the CD ROM.

4 After that click on the continue.

5 After some time the process of setup will start.

6 A screen will be open with the message checking for your OS files it will take some time.

7 Now the installation process will start.

8 your computer will restart for the several times while the installation process automatically.

9 When the whole procedure will complete you have to just install the hardware driver.

Now your XP OS is ready to use. It was really nice to help you on this.
