This mini-computer, called the Gatekeeper Card Pro is one of it’s kind and is the world’s first mini-computer security module that fits right into your laptop’s ExpressCard slot. The Mini computer comes with it’s own processor, memory and even storage system, for it to manage all of thirteen security applications that run on it. This obviously will lighten the load on your laptop’s processor as the mini-computer takes care of the security stuff and you can revel in your laptop’s enhanced performance.
Like conventional security suites, the Gatekeeper Pro Card updates itself every time you connect to the internet and that means it is a hassle free, plug and forget device. Yoggie Security Systems have gone a step further and even have a security server to let firms regulate their employees security. The only downside to this technology is that you cannot use your ExpressCard slot for installing a wireless internet card.
