Micron Technology will soon unveil its 8-megapixel image chip sensor that will allow cell phones and cameras to capture 10 high-quality images in a single second or 30 frames per second at a resolution of 2-megapixels along with high-definition video.



The latest high-end thumbnail-sized digital sensor dubbed as “complementary metal-oxide semiconductor” or CMOS is cheap and low power consuming.
