World's smallest 2.5-inch external HDD

It also claims it to be 27 percent smaller than the previous smallest drive, impressive! It is available in 3 sizes of 160 GB, 250 GB and 320 GB. Prime factor for 'Mobile Drive XXS’ being smaller than usual is the use of tight fitting rubber sleeves, that help in reducing size and also provide protection to the drive and makes it easier to grip it firmly. It utilizes USB technology to connect to PC and is also powered through that. XXS series is quite affordable as 160GB drive is available for just £44.99, 250GB for £59.99 and £79.99 for 320GB.
