World's largest solar park inaugurated in Germany

We won't leave even a chunk of unlimited energy this ball of fire is churning out continuously. Perhaps, the world's largest solar plant unveiled last week in Germany is a massive step towards that. The $48 million project is based on Shell's 'master-slave inverter concept'.

Around 3300 German houses are lighted by the gigantic const-effective source delivering 1121 KWh/m2-year. 62,500 solar modules in 6 parallel linked units spread over 16.5 km to get the desired effect.
