Windows XP running virtually on iPad is even better

Couple of weeks ago there was this cool porting over of the Windows 95 operating system functionality (via a emulator)on to the iPad. And I was sure that it wouldn’t be long before we see Windows XP or Windows 7 running on the iPad. The Windows 7 hacking onto the iPad is still to be sorted out, but Dave Soble (CEO Evolve Technologies) has figured out a way to turn your iPad into an XP Box with VMware Connectwise. This is not an emulator solution; rather it is the VMware Connectwise a remote desktop app that runs Windows XP virtually on the iPad. Amazingly this hack only takes about 5 minutes to setup and run Windows XP on Apple iPad Tablet. Check out the walk-through video above.
