Windoro robot will clean the windows of your high-rise apartment with finesse
Everybody has a Roomba, but I really don’t think that anyone has any device that is one step closer to Windoro, as it goes quite high to do the cleaning. Unveiled by Pohang Institute of Intelligent Robotics (PIRO), South Korea, Windoro cleans the windows from both the sides. All set to hit the markets in the new year, Windoro is made of two modules that hold itself on both the sides with the help of neodymium magnets. It washes the window as it goes up and employs the services of distance sensors and detects the obstacles to do the cleaning efficiently. However, it will only do so if the window is 10mm ~ 25mm thick and it is sure to save you from all the headaches that you usually get when you think of cleaning the windows of your 30th floor apartment. It was made with the budget of $260,000 USD.
