Hardware enthusiasts can unleash their half-backed skills with the launch of ‘build your own computer counters’ by Wal-Mart. Around 1200 of 3200 Wal-Mart stores will offer the incredible service of which most of the geeks, especially manufacturers, are skeptical of. But, apparently, the service will turn out to be a boon for users who don’t have access to cost-effective computer components. The idea will definitely compel DIYers to go for the low-end cheap products but they must remember that putting them together is a different thing altogether. Wal-Mart, along with making lot of money with the concept must be ready to imbibe horror stories of the users too.
