Fuh Yuan partners TDK to manufacture 2 million HD DVD players for Walmart

The Chinese media have ousted that a Taiwan based company Fuh Yuan is merging with TDK; in order to manufacture 2 millions HD DVD players for the prestigious chain of stores -'Walmart'. The deal would be made for around 100 million dollars.
