We’ve seen all sorts of digital photo frames, come CES 2009 and we definitely were expecting something special. Isabella Products, with its announcement of Vizit, a two-way communications device with fully interactive digital photo frame, we have something to rest our eyes upon.

Vizit has a 10.4-inch high-resolution on full-touchscreen LCD display frame that sends and receives digital photos over the mobile network. Sharing an easy-to-use intuitive interface, the “carousel” menu enables the user to send photos to other Vizits quickly and easily, so finally we have a digital photo frame for people of all ages, wherein the user can delete photos, tag favorites or order prints.

The 10.95” wide x 7.28” high x .65” deep Vizit, allows for real-time photo sharing, by leveraging the mobile network to securely receive photos from one’s cellphone, email, computer or other internet photo management sites. The digital frame also has a “Vizit Widget,” a desktop application that offers the user the facility to upload photos by dragging and dropping them on the widget. The users can also manage their photos online over at Vizitme.com. Expected at about $299, plus a monthly subscription, Vizit will be available by spring 2009.
