Yes, the artificial human eye, that can trap what you want, is here. The Arctic 320 megapixel liquid lens launched by Varioptic, a drop of genius, as they call it, is the first and one of its kinds especially designed for camera phones. The Arctic 320 uses electricity to tune its focal length automatically. Vaiopatic's patented "electrowetting technology" incredibly moulds the focal length of the lens by changing the border between two drops of liquid. Introducing its first liquid lens last year and this new one, Variopatic hopes to change the auto-focus and zooming world completely with liquid lens technology which is cheap, durable and compact.
