The most fascinating aspect of technology is the fact that it isn’t out of the creative reach of untrained geeks. We have seen some wonderful homemade gizmos in the recent past and now, it is a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) that has captured our attention. As part of his project, this bloke has created an ROV that can reach depths of up to 60ft. Quite an impressive effort with Plexiglas and bilge pumps for thrusters, we say!
