Twitter Watcher, the #twatch lets you tweet without a PC
Twitter has become such a rage that it’s now popped out of the computers with a Twitter Watcher. #twatch is a prototype device from Dangerous Prototypes that connects directly to Twitter and lets you scroll through the latest trending topics from Twitter on a LCD screen.
Being a stand-alone network appliance the #twatch stays updated, every five minutes, with tweets without a PC. But the peculiarities just don’t end here; the device is a generic Ethernet LCD backpack, showing playlists, PC stats, and other info with programs like LCD Smartie. The #twatch also features customizable software and is an open source device therefore, it is always up to be upgraded with the latest introductions. You can preorder the #twatch hardware for $30, or get a #twatch with an LCD screen for $45.
