Yeah, we know. That heading probably makes no sense to you at all. What correlation could dance and e-mail possibly have, right? Wrong! Typotheque's new Dance Writer application combines the two in a rather interesting way that, while taking people around 700 times longer to read your emails, will create some cool dance choreography, and possibly spice up a particularly mundane party invitation.

The premise is simple. You type your email, and a Dutch Theater artist will dance it out for you, letter by letter, creating some cool dance moves, if your recipients appreciate theme, and well, just boring the hell out of others. The app is available on the Apple store for both iPad and iPhone for $2.99, which, one could argue, is a fair price to pay for watching a reasonably attractive dancer take center stage on your screen.
Dance Writer has no real, practical use in life, apart from maybe, playing practical jokes (how about breaking up with someone using this, eh?), but it's still kinda cool. We bet there are plenty of people sitting bored in their offices waiting for a virtual dancer to spice up their lives. Do them a favour and download the app!
