Touch-sensitive textile plays music for modern nomads on the go

Keeping the modern nomads in view, designers Jeannine Han from the Swedish School of Textiles in collaboration with technician Dan Riley has come up with a touch-sensitive piece of clothing that plays music, thanks to integrated sensors, on the go. Inspired by nature, the harping sound of new textile fabric not only lets the nomads pass long nights under the stars but also helps them communicate with their companions while traveling in secluded places. The new textile design is on display at the Nordic Museum in Stockholm that you can see until June 2010. Check out the video after the jump.
