We all want a better quality of video however good what we currently are having right? Toshiba seems to understand that and has announced a new ‘Video Enhancement Technology’ for DVDs and has introduced the XD-E500 with this in mind. XDE, which stands for Extended Details Enhancement has 3 picture enhancement modes and you will have better contrasts, sharpness and color. It would look like you are watching an HD video. The XD-E500 would come with cool hi-tech facilities such as HDMI-CEC, Divx certification, JPEG capabilities, and MP3 and WMA playback. It is expected to cost $149.99 and will be shipped this month most probably.
