Toshiba to bring in 128GB of embedded flash memory

Having a 2GB pen drive today puts me to shame. Ah! 128GB, you might as well put the world for yourself in it. Especially designed for portable device like Smartphones, camera, PMP, etc, the embedded flash memory of 128GB (THGBM2T0DBFBAIF) combines 16 64Gbit (4 GB) NAND chips, which uses 32nm process technology and integrates a dedicated controller. The first samples are expected to be shipped in September and the mass production is touted to begin on fourth quarter of 2010.
