After having seen the eye-controlled earphones, a pair of headphones embedded with brain-wave sensor may not seem all that exciting, but that doesn’t take away novelty of the design. Developed by Toshiba for consumer purpose, the headphone may not be all that an enhancement for your latest iPod but would surely help visualize brain waves for medical use. Embedded with Bluetooth, the headphone can be connected to a PC whereon with the help of an accompanying "Brain-wave Visualizer" software can be used to view the diagrams of the brain waves, allowing for the brainwaves to be visualized in real time. Though the headphones are complete for production, but the manufacturer isn’t sure as to when they would be able to commercialize the product.
