Toshiba will be offering its customers an instant $100 rebate on new HD DVD players thereby making the entry-level price for a stand-alone HD DVD player to a as low as $300. During the final week of the promotion, from June 10th through June 16th, customers will get $100 discount on any Toshiba HD-DVD player. Moreover, if you opt for a 42-incher (or larger) HDTV, you will get an additional $100 rebate. In nutshell, this is a pretty good deal for those who are looking to enrich themselves with high-definition experience but at a reasonable price.
