In the restless competition among 22-inch LCDs, Toshiba offers 3,840 x 2,400 pixels for a WQUXGA display with 300:1 contrast, brightness at 235cd/m2, 1,677 million colors, and 120-degree top/bottom and 100-degree left/right viewing angle.

It will show Dual-Link ability to transfer more than the maximum at 60 Hz. However, you will need PCI graphics card over the monitor's single DVI input for that much resolution. Unfortunately, no picture is available for a visual assessment, we are using one from the regulation 22-inch LCDs.
Hopefully, this one will be shipping for about ¥2,079,000 in Japan or $17,500.
