Toshiba's latest 0.85-inch hard drive makes road into the Guinness

Encouraged by the response to its earlier 1.8-inch 100GB HDD, Toshiba has popped up with another tiny, 0.85-inch hard drive, which you may simply reckon ever smallest as it already has recorded a Guinness Book of World Records entry. The ever Smallest Hard Drive just weights 2 grams and features 8GB of storage capacity, not bad (in any case) for such a diminutive device.

No wonder, if your compact PMPs and other portable gadgets will go even smaller and just lost in your purse or pocket.
Apart from the little hard drive, Toshiba also flaunted external storage hard drives and the first-ever writeable HD-DVD drives for desktop PCs as well as laptops.
