Toshiba launches Qosmio T750 - world's first color-changing laptop

Toshiba is known for their hardy, impressive laptops, albeit with their corporate-oriented emphasis. This is where the vibrant style of the Dynabook Qosmio T750 laptop uniquely deviates from its predecessors. Its dynamic look refreshingly appeals to the average consumer, which has of course much to do with its being the world's first color-changing laptop. The outer shell features a specially coated display lid that looks to be of an ocean blue color when viewed from a certain angle, while from other perspectives it will change into turquoise and purple. This cycle effect is made possible through usage of multiple nanotechnology layers applied on top of another.

But apart from its look, the specifications also speak for themselves. The T750 features a 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display, a 2.66GHz Core i5-480M processor (part of the Calpella mobile platform), 4GB of RAM, a 750GB hard drive, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, Harman Kardon speakers, and USB 2.0 ports, plus a HDMI output. Perhaps the only downside to this charming machine is that it is only available on the Japanese market, well, at least for the moment.
