I have always admired the Tom Tom Sat Nav devices, for they assist the dumbest of drivers with the best navigation suggestions. Those of you who find the Tom Tom devices a little too expensive can now avail the same Sat Nav information through your iPhone 3G. The Tom Tom iPhone Car Kit (with software that now runs on the Apple handset) functions in the portrait and landscape mode and also increases the volume of the iPhone speaker along with enhancing the GPS signal. The iPhone, while guiding you through a tricky route, gets charged (thanks to the kit again) and the driving is assisted with audio prompts as well. Video after the jump.
