TiVo to record 52-days of Standard Definition TV

An interped modder named lightrunner has expanded the capacity of a standard Series3 TiVo from 250GB to a whooping 1TB which would now store 131 hours of HD TV recording and 1244 hours or 52 days of SD TV. The modification process is a long and cumbersome one as it needs a nekkid TiVo and a RAID 5 setup and many user friendly Linux and Mac disk utility applications.
