Planet Engineering’s new three wheeled Cyclecar is powered by an S&S 96 cubic inch engine connected to a Ford 5 speed gearbox via a lightweight flywheel and clutch assembly. It also incorporates a special bell housing made in house. Fiberglass provides the required rigidity to the frame, whereas, removable bonnet and boot sections allows easy storage and access. A Dakota digital speedometer and tach unit, which is embedded in the dash, tells you the speed. The prototype of the car is successfully through all the necessary tests, which a vehicle requires to get into the market, up and ready for consumers. It provides for both left and right hand drive. The car reflects the style, similar to a Morgan designs. There are no words on the pricing yet.
