This Steampunk Watch is also a superhero's body armor
So this Steampunk watch was created by this Koisuruusagi dude, who apparently wished to discover what uses a coat hanger could be put to apart from its obvious designated function. Good job dude. But I don’t understand why my coats should be informed of the time of the day. Anyhow, Koisuruusagi sold the thing for a mere $130 but I certainly think its worth a lot more than that. For starters, the novelty of a time telling coat hanger is alone worth a good hundred buck. Then there is the fact that the watch is a supreme example of the fine art of Steampunk, which adds another 100 bucks to its value. Thirdly, there is the fact that the watch protects your entire forearm from all kinds of attacks (a dog with big teeth, old lady with an umbrella, etc) which really turns this modest little watch into a full fledged piece of body armor. Gosh, how do you put a price on the wellbeing of your own arm! And last, but not the least, there is the fact that the watch looks like a gizmo a superhero would have and since we know how chicks simply dig superheroes, it also ups your (non-existent till date) sex appeal.
Hmmm… too bad some unknown nerd is already enjoying the benefits of this Steampunk watch somewhere in the world instead of you. But don’t worry. We suggest you keep checking for this thing on eBay every now and then and maybe you’ll get lucky someday. Till then, try getting yourself bitten by genetically modified spiders or try to get yourself a trip to the nearest space station or something.
