Theaters of the future exhibited at ShoWest 2007 show
At the world's largest annual movie exhibition and trade show ShoWest, the exhibition ground pointed towards the theaters of the future to be digitized complexes with LED signs and ATM machines that dole out money and movie tickets.

Vivian St. Louis flaunted their Flavor Fusion machine concept that boasts 16 different flavors, eight flavor shots and endless drink combinations.
Miguel Argueta, international sales manager for the Mexico City-based company said that the new theater chair designs are meant for a luxury experience.
In the near future, you can expect restaurant-quality meals made with ventless cooking equipment; interactive concession signs and lightning-swift mobile-phone service allowing customers to reserve seats and pay for tickets.
While Argueta talked about the chairs, Todd Alexander, president of Signs Factory Direct emphasized on the use of electroluminescent signs which could help theater operators to identify if the person is sitting on the right seat (green light) or the wrong one (red light).
A system called Quick Sensor could in effect end theater hopping i.e. paying money for one movie only and viewing other free of cost. Boink Systems' new concept, which is a mix-up of ATM and a box office, is designed to help people take out money and get movie tickets in one shot.
In nutshell, the electroluminescent lighting and high-tech ATM machines are going to revolutionize the theaters of the future.
