Did somebody say fiction and fact never meet? They would be forced to eat their words if they take a look at the Virus Steampunk, which is straight out of a Steven Spielberg movie. For those of you who didn’t know, a Steampunk, according to the ever-reliable Wikipedia, is a marriage of fiction and fantasy - a concept that gained prominence during the ‘Steam’ age of the 1980s and early 1990s. The origin can actually be traced back to the 19th century when fantasy was romanticized to unimaginable levels. The Virus Steampunk is perhaps the most appropriate tribute to this subgenre of science. H.G.Wells would certainly be proud!
