The Surface Orbiter is here to conquer the Earth

The Surface Orbiter is carved out of a milk truck by New Yorker Rick Dobbertin and it took him 4 years, $175,000 and 14,000 man hours to complete it. The reason behind this Herculean effort is nothing but passion to do something out of the box. Rick has designed this special truck to cross the world via land and sea under "Project Earth-Trek". Called the Dobbertin 'DHC' Hydrocar, the dream machine will take Rick around the world at 125 mph on land and 60mph+ on water, if he's able to amass enough funds to support his currently on ice project.
