The Steampunk Pirate Ship Comes to Life
Steampunk is always a theme that will rate high in terms of fantasy and the best of us are always lured into excavating facts related to it. The same zest led me to this pirate ship which has been dubbed Captain Green Hair and Mr. Tiber’s Steampunk Pirate. Made to enliven the creator’s comic characters, Hinckley even let go Captain Green Hair’s advice as to what engines, decks and sails the Steampunk Pirate Ship would come with.
The end result looks pretty pleasing to the eye, yet the creator is modest in accepting his mistakes which begin with not entertaining the advice given to him. He finds folly in the netting trick, his personally sewn sails (I found his spelling wrong with sales doing the rounds) and the bowsprite. Despite these self propagated flaws, the work, as far as I am concerned looks great. Cheers Hinckley! Gallery after the jump.
