The real earphone

Don't know what to say. Apparently, the dude wants to take body modification to a new altar or perhaps, is inspired by the geek in him. One thing is sure, he don't need a dock for his iPod. The phone seems quite heavy for his dangling ear lobe and might chop is off soon. Do you still need a Bluetooth headset?
