'The World's fastest Robot' is here! Adept Technology has raced ahead of competitors in the Robotics industry by unveiling the 'Quattro', a robot that leverages the laws of Kinematics to exhibit phenomenal speed and acceleration.
The Adept Quattro s650 has been designed for 'pick-and-place' applications, a welcome break for the food, medical and consumer goods market. Working deftly with its four arms, the robot is lightning fast in packaging or material handling.
The Quattro features a rotational platform design that enables it to perform at speeds never witnessed before in the manufacturing industry. It can knit and assemble applications faster than any robot in the world.
The Quattro is being showcased at three international shows from September 24 - 27, 2007 - the Assembly Technology Expo at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, Booth 706; MOTEK 2007 at the Exhibition Center Sinsheim in Sinsheim, Germany; and FachPack at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg in Nuremberg, Germany.
