The iPod Digital Drumsticks is a gadget to change the rhythm of your iPod by adding your own drum track. Various buttons let you to play recipe of different drum or cymbal effects.

While an audio lead connects to a stereo system or headphones for silent play there's a control module that clips to a belt and has a wire for your iPod. Volume and tempo gearshifts let you to adjust sound levels.
