The Google tablet may look like this, mock-ups with chrome OS
It’s only been days since the world was left amazed by the Apple iPad. While the Amazon Kindle is the closest rival we believe for the Apple’s tablet, Google may have a thought otherwise and a real one at that. Google could be doing a tablet of its own on a collision course with the iPad. We don’t say this in the air, but have it justified by the photos that have appeared on the official Chromium site (Chromium, not actually part of Google, is the open source project behind Chrome and ChromeOS). The site shows mock-ups of how the Chrome OS would look like on a tablet form factor. Put together by Glen Murphy, Google Chrome’s designer, the photos are interesting enough to suggest the dawn of a new tablet, a video below goes on to suggest the same.
