There have been all sorts of spy gadgets that we Bond fanatics have come by, but music hasn’t been a flavor with the chick magnet himself, so we haven’t seen much spying stuff in the genre. Therefore, we ain’t really sure how well this high-tech musical fantasy would go with Mr. Bond, but all things apart, Thanko’s introduced one of our favorite gadgets, the MP4 watch, so we care a damn.
The 4GB Analog Watch with a Video Camera Module is an ultimate spy gadget in musical disguise, where none would have the slightest doubt. Sitting perfectly on the wrist, it may look like a simple wrist watch with a large 1.8-inch digital display screen, but it is a lot more with an integrated camera and MP4 player, and also plays MP3 and WMA audio files. The screen supports 160×128 resolutions, while the camera shoots spy videos at 352×288 and stills at 640×480. The watch is selling in Japan for £108, and like all Thanko stuff making it to the West sometime, you could expected this coming sometime soon.

Maybe one for the MI6 xmas list?
Still not as cool as Dick Tracy’s watch, but at least were moving in the right direction. Two way radio to headquarters is a must.
The video camera analog watch looks totally normal from the outside but is able to record 2 hours of video through a mini camera whose lens is placed between 1 and 2 o’clock on the dial.
Chinavasion has had this for ages.
