It may not be outrightly grand as some of the other Thanko gadgets, but the ones looking for a pen with some digital memory could consider this regular looking ballpoint pen, which can be used as a memory card reader as well. Capable of housing four SD/SDHC memory cards simultaneously, the card reader features USB 2.0 port and is compatible with up to a 16GB media card. Measuring 15x150mm, accompanied by a USB cable, the pen can also copy data from card to card, and all this is available for about 1,480 yen ($15) in Japan.
