It may not be outrightly grand as some of the other Thanko gadgets, but the ones looking for a pen with some digital memory could consider this regular looking ballpoint pen, which can be used as a memory card reader as well. Capable of housing four SD/SDHC memory cards simultaneously, the card reader features USB 2.0 port and is compatible with up to a 16GB media card. Measuring 15×150mm, accompanied by a USB cable, the pen can also copy data from card to card, and all this is available for about 1,480 yen ($15) in Japan.

Is a cool design, makes sense to do this stuff!
Its really practical! The idea is great. But how about add one more function to this pen, as an USB flash drive as well? Then there will be a 3 in 1 pen that can write, store and card reading.
