'TENORI-ON' is a new digital musical instrument developed by media artist Toshio Iwai and Yamaha that allows you to play with sound and light simultaneously. Decked with a 16x16 matrix of LED switches Tenori-On acts like a 'visible music' interface making it an impeccable new age instrument blending style and performance.

The instrument allows instant composition and sound improvisation with the help of LED switches that correspond to the sound chosen, two high quality speakers, a dial and a LCD.
