TelePaq A8 mini PDA phone - Why?

I wonder what made TelePaq guys to carve out this PDA. Small is no doubt beautiful but what about usability. Even my razor blade is too small, thin and compact, but it can only do some cutting...till it's sharp enough. The 130 gram, 98X58X25 mm TelePaq A8 is available only in Taiwan...thank God, with no Bluetooth and a very bad 0.3MP resolution camera.

Though it's a triband GSM phone with a 2.3" touch sensitive screen and kiddy PIM functions and a WAP browser. Also the red or blue PDA with its 16MB RAM and 32MB Flash ROM, offers up to 120 hours of standby time and 3.5 hours of talk time.
