It is never easy to handle restless kids, and the most daunting task is to put them off to sleep irrespective the antics you try with your story telling. If anything can please them, it has to be some tech savvy possession or else your own kip is doomed. A quilt that can record and playback voices sounds like an ideal savior.

This quilt from Fiona Carswell is divided into squares that record a voice on a touch and playback the record when more pressure is applied. What’s more is the fact that this entire package is washable, making it ideal for regular use. The irony in this case, as with all those other surreal products, is that this is a design and we don’t just know whether something would materialize out if this concept or not.
