TEAC CD-X9: Big thing in a sleek package

When it comes to wall mounting, there seems to be only one rule: 'The flatter a gadget the better it is'. At its thickest, TEAC's CD-X9 protrudes a mere 3.5 inches from your wall.

It's CD player can handle CD-R/RW and MP3 discs and with an on-board tuner there is a facility for your favorite FM/AM channels. With this come two aluminum honeycomb diaphragm NXT flat panel speakers, which cater to the sound and measure a trim 2.5 inches.
For the sub-woofer it has a sleek 4-inch thick sub that gives the TEAC its meaty sound. This sleek thing will come to your home at the price of £180.
