TCLAST C150 MP3 player is dual core?

Following the trend of dual core PCs, the Chinese company TCLAST has introduced its new C150 MP3 player with a "DUAL CORE" function. Equipped with a two level chipset the company promises the player to churn out better audio quality. Also, it decodes MPEG1 videos.
