Taking a stand for Apple's ebook
Sony is about to compete with Apple once their Sony Reader ebook/tablet is launched. Sony will do fine but will they be able to compete with the mogul Apple is a question not really difficult to answer.

I am telling you; though I hate the monopoly of Apple in the publishing market the cloud still looks dim for Sony. Apple patents regarding touch screen technologies and a tablet PC doubling as an ebook sounds too good for Sony to beat. Sony cannot offer users the ability to access Apple's online iTunes Music Store via simple touch screen commands and this is what all users carve for. Besides, users get the feel of a book with the new multiple-page-swipe technology that allows users to virtually-flip through pages as one do in a magazine which I believe will not be seen in Sony.
Now do you think that Sony still stand a chance?
