Super Talent Technology announces 4GB DDR2 DIMM

Super Talent Technology has announced a new 4GB DDR2 Fully Buffered DIMMs.

These modules are designed for use in the latest Intel Xeon Server boards based on the Intel 5000P chipset.
The chips are JEDEC complaint and are organized as 512MB x 72.
The company has also announced a new range of SSD drives with a serial ATA interface. These drives are made available in 1.8-inch, 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives making them 100% compatible with conventional HDDs. These drives are made using Flash Components that makes them more rugged and also makes them consume less power.
These drives will be released to OEMs in April 2007.
