Stickybot Robotic Lizard:Anything But Obnoxious!

Ever thought geckos could draw anything but shrieks of disgust? Well, if they are robotic lizards, fascination is a more appropriate reaction. Like the Stickybot, for example! We have always acknowledged Pentagon's eccentric interests in strange spy robots. The stickybot now joins this list. The robot will, apparently, find its way into homes and buildings in 'rogue nations' that pose a threat to world peace. Justification or not, we certainly think the Stickybot is pretty useful with nano-scale hairs beneath its toes. With a certain voyeuristic acquaintance expressing a lot of interest in this gizmo, one does wonder if the robot's application will be limited only to national security. Well, let's put these fears to rest and focus only on the ingenuity behind the Stickybot. Drawing inspiration from nature's very own Gecko (garden lizard), the 'bot can climb glass surfaces at the speed of a metre per second. Wanna own one?
